Let’s begin again
We made it through 2020, and we’re not going back. So forward it is - into a new year a new opportunity to start fresh (the January new moon is Jan 13). Beginning Jan 17 we’ll gather together on Sunday mornings to move, breathe and build strength and mobility. We’ll set intentions for the week and over the course of 13 weeks we’ll watch the evolution unfold, capping things off on April 11 .
We will focus on a few postures throughout all 13 weeks so that we can see and track meaningful progress in our practice.
Weeks 1-4 Begin again - core activation for courage and commitment
Weeks 5-8 Stay strong - alternating weeks - back bends and forward folds.
Weeks 9-13 Revolve and Reflect - twists and building cross body extension
As part of the series, I will provide some additional tools to support your practice. I will share a couple of recorded classes, a grounding meditation, pranayama breaks. I will also provide a general sequence that you can use to support your home practice during the week and a handful of other resources.
